Used to run a lot more before I got hurt, but when I did I specifically ran long distance, and loved the 5k my fastest race was a 18:00 for 3.1 miles. 

I am celiac so sometimes ill go around and search for random recipes on cook em. 

Ranging from Buttermilk Biscuits, to a fruit cobbler, all the way to thai food.
